Nadiah's works are mostly influenced by the nature of flora and fauna and the idea of emotions and actions. She is rooted in drawings but enjoys using different mediums and techniques to approach art.

Art has been one of the most important support systems for her since young. She expresses herself better with art compared to academic ways. She is versatile wherever and whenever she creates art as long as she is comfortable. Her target audience is constantly changing as her work is primarily shifting ideas.
